Basic evaluation is available by installing this GitHub repo. This is a simple shell UX demo demonstrating two propositional levels of recipe classification. It is intended to produce a general "feel" for the engine flow.

If you have a commercial project that might benefit from the AME, please use the email jazzbox35@gmail.com and include, if possible, a link to any test data. The test data can likely be uploaded directly to the engine and you can further evaluate. There is another simple UX demo shell you can use to interact with the engine and your data at GitHub repo.
